Ten Minute Oil Change

This Shop Manager is Dishonest & irresponsible!! I took my Car there for Repair & they lied to me about what the Car needs. I went on wait for over 8 Days the Car still not working and have already cost me $150.00 plus Parts. I went to another Shop 2 miles away & the Problem was just $1.99 Part to get fixed in just 5 minutes!! This Shop shows no focus, Not serious, Dishonest & never give theirs Customers no Receipts on their Jobs! Liars!

Yesterday I was there and have a full service... Everything was excellent from service to oil change ... Even they were so friendly I can give them a five star rating... I think I will go to their place whenever I have a problem... I was so satisfied with them ...

This business is no good! Took my car in for an oil change and to get my air conditioning repaired. Was charged and paid for a new compressor, a full service oil change. When the air conditioning quit working I took my car back two more times. They finally told me the manifold hose was leaking the freon and that it had to be replaced. Quoted a price of $175. Was later quoted $300 for the part and $100 for installation. Took my car to a competitor, Pro-Active Car Care, and they felt like they installed a rebuilt compressor and did not even change the oil filter with the oil change. Manager continued to say he would refund my money if I was not happy. When I told him what Pro-Active Car Care told me about the compressor and oil change, he refused to offer me a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. Even one of their own employee told me that the mechanic who had done the work on my car was about to get fired because he was no good and could not get along with the customers. This company does not deserve even a one star rating but I can't post this without selecting a star. I am only selecting 1 star. I wished there was an option to not select any star.
