For an appointment that I was very apprehensive about, I was pleasantly pleased with the staff and the P.A. that I was appointed to! Very thorough, very helpful and for the business that a person may need to go to, I highly recommend this center. Thank you Eugene Sleep Disorder Center!

Updated time on my calendar to reflect appointment information I received over the phone from their staff. When I arrived at the time given I was told I had missed my appointment and they refused to reschedule. Terrible service and I would recommend using someone else.

This company has no compassion. I as patient t received services from them and at the time I had no insurance. I set up an auto deduct of $50.00 a month with them. It has been about four or five years since I have been paying them for the for the most on this account. Some times I even sent them extra payments. Two years ago I became unemployed and was still paying them with my UI benefits now I have no UI benefits and am working part time on minimum wage and they are unwilling to let me skip December and let me make $ 100.00 payment in January. Yes they have cut me slack once before and I was grateful. My only option now is to change debit cards so they cannot access my account.. They treated me worse than the IRS and credit card companies. Yes they are a business but one with no compassion! However If you have no insurance I highly recommend not using this company as they are not apart of charity program, accounting has no compassion and they are very money hungary!
