Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Cheddars is somewhat dark inside, and it's on the chilly side with the A/C so if that's a concern bring a sweater. The kitchen was very fast, the prices are reasonable and our server, Chelsea was friendly and knew the menu well. She also stopped frequently to check on us and chat. Yesterday was my second time there and similar experiences both times.

ADDED 12/2013- Had a bad experience tonight, sent back a burger I had ordered without sauce and it came back with the sauce poorly cleaned off. Charging that much for a burger and too damn cheap to make me a new one!!?? MANAGEMENT FAIL, Manager was content and unapologetic when he visited our table to see why I no longer wanted anything from his kitchen. Comped my side order and drink but .. REALLY? They weren't told to make a new burger? Dropped my rating from 5 stars to 1 today.

The restaurant is very nice. It's new looking and clean. The food is reasonably priced. Our bill was 17.99 for 2. The food was good but not anything special. I had the Asian ginger salad. The dressing did not have a ginger taste to it. The shrimp and chicken would have been better warm not cold. My husband had the Philly. It needed sauce but, it was good. It had Denny's pricing, food is a little like applebees, the atmosphere was comparable to a mountain jacks, Blackstone, or really nice place. The wait staff was a huge issue. The waiter was young ago he didn't know much, only came by once, he seemed more teenager mentality that you get at burger king. If they trained their staff and had some talented staff that could help this place
