Dr. Allison received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Millersville University in Pennsylvania in 2012, and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in Philadelphia in 2016. Since then she has dedicated her practice to the outpatient setting with experience in orthopedics, neurological disorders, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. She is certified in Graston Technique therapy and Dry Needling to evaluate and promote healing in individuals with musculoskeletal conditions such as muscle strains, tendonitis, trigger points, and scar tissue dysfunction. She is also experienced in neurological rehabilitation to improve function and independence, receiving her certification in the LSVT BIG program in 2019 to treat individuals with Parkinson Disease and similar disorders.

Physical Therapy
Bodywise is an independent outpatient physical therapy office without any financial connections to Doctor or Hospital Groups. We’re able to treat patients from all physician groups and accept most insurances. We are proud to provide private, professional, 1-to-1 care by licensed physical therapists only. Bodywise takes pride in a very professional, friendly, forward thinking atmosphere.
Manual Therapy
Dr. Sam graduated from Boston University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She also holds a degree in neuroscience. This brings a new dimension to Bodywise further enhancing our ability to treat complicated neck and back injuries. Sam holds certification in dry needling and is also pursuing a certification for patients with both vestibular dysfunction and concussions. She has also undergone additional training in mobilizations, chronic pain and manual therapy.
