Overall

This is the worst hospital I've ever been in. They either greet you like a dope head when you walk in the ER or there doing the pain meds that were ordered for you. I have Chronic pancreantitis I have never seen three doctors that have so many different options about one disease in my life and none of them were even close to my G.I. Specialist. The only thing all were on the same page is your not suppose to drink alcohol. They just don't know how to treat the disease so they wanted me out quick as possible. It's either that or they think everybody with pain is just a dope head or like I said the nurses maybe taking everybody's ordered pain medicine. Don't even go here just go to OKC. I heard ST. Mary's is no better than here. Another thing also this is a training hospital so the doctors are more interested in showing off than treating patients.

Overall
Worst Birthing Experience

I just gave birth to my second child this past week at this hospital. I was there for what seemed like 3 days of hell. Some of the nurses where wonderful but there were two nurses that made me wish I never went to this hospital to give birth to my child. It was like a scene from a horror movie. My room was very tiny. I had no voice in the decision making concerning the treatment and care of my newborn baby. I was promised two hours of "skin to skin" with my newborn after my delivery but was only given 30 minutes to initially bond with my child before I had to wait over 4 hours to see her again. I was kept up multiple nights without sleep and not allowed any recovery time so that I could give my baby quality care. My family was treated with disregard. I now have an infection around my incision and the hospital released me without any knowledge of what is wrong with my body and if it is going to heal. I am suffering from PTSD from this birthing experience and have not been able to stop crying about it every time I think about it. I will never have another baby at this hospital ever again and I do not recommend going there for the birth of your child unless you have no other alternative.
