        I have worked at local shops for years. Over and over again I kept seeing how the Customer was treated. It wasn't about how nice the communication was, that of course was great. It was about how they were charged on their repair bill. Over and over I saw charges for parts that were ordered for the vehicle on a guess, but upon some intensive diagnostic testing the parts were returned to the store. Later on I found out the shop still charged for these parts and labor to install them which wasn't the case. I was taking the initiative to fix the real problem at hand. The other shops wanted to make more money, I couldn't do it any longer. Hopefully now I can sleep at night as I don't see how they can. I want to pass that same initiative and drive onto you. Fixing things right the first time, and not just taking guesses at what the problem could be.

        ive got a ford focus and it has had a lot of problems and no one could really seem to get it fixed I took the car to steve and he had it going in a matter of a few minutes and he has fair reasonable prices ..he is great and honest.

        Great turn around time! I was given his card from an employee at a local parts store. I had a regular mechanic here in town for years, but he was all backed up and I didn't want to wait for two weeks to get my car back.

        Talk about the little shop tha...

        Talk about the little shop that could! His prices are more than reasonable, I took my Maxima in there just to get the alternator changed, and he fixed an electrical problem two other shops said was very expensive to fix or couldn't be fixed. The other shops even said that my car was on it's last leg and wasn't worth fixing.



        Steve at Auto Tek fixed it and didn't even charge me for it. It was just a bad connection that was causing all of the issues. As for electrical he is the best! I have owned this car for over a year and it has never ran so good!



        Highly recommended!
