Took truck to have transmission rebuilt and put back in. Spent $1700 on parts for transmission. Was told it would cost $600 to put it in. When they were done, we ended up paying $800. Tried to drive truck down road but was not shifting. Drove it back to shop to figure out what was going on. Scoob informed us that while under the truck putting transmission back in that they had sparked a wire. Now the pcm is fried and he doesn't want to fix it. If you tell me you sparked some wires and now my truck is not running the way I brought it in. You better fix it but he is not a good business man. He is not going to fix it but had no problem putting $800 in his pocket. Funny thing is he has been paid for his work but we have no idea if the transmission is right because he fried the computer and it won't change gears. Pretty crappy way to run your business. DO NOT GO HERE! MR SCOOB THIS IS NOT OVER!!!
