Infiniti Dealership

Infinity of Englewood happened to be one of the few car dealerships open on New Years day. Lucky or should I say unlucky for me... The staff seemed to be clueless in their own dealership work flows and they had vehicles stored in lots all over the place (none located at the dealership). I originally came into see a 2013 G37 leftover and simply they could not locate it. Can you imagine going to your Pharmacy and them saying "gee, we cannot locate your antibiotic can we suggest something else?" or was this just a sleazy sales approach. After and long and crazy process we agreed on a price for the Q40. When I went back two days later to pick up the car, it was a filthy mess. Upon my inspection I noticed a scratch on the fender. The sales manager argued that the car was indeed washed and that I was making a big deal over a scratch. Really? You expect me to plop 35K plus on a brand new car and you take that attitude? I purchased 5 Lexus vehicles and thought I would try something else. I never-ever had this experience at any other car dealership in my life. The corporate office of Infinity needs to take a close look at this dealership because if this is the way Infinity operates... well, I cannot imagine their product cannot be any better.
