        Choosing a Lawyer: I know that it’s tough trying to choose a lawyer. Keep in mind that no lawyer can do it all well. So, if you meet one who claims he can do everything, I suggest you find another lawyer. Once you choose a lawyer, the hourly rate is always scary. My goal is to have long-term clients, and that means making sure you are satisfied (delighted!) with my work and fees. I’m not your normal fee generator, and my invoices tell you exactly what I do in the time I charge. I want you back. If you look at my areas of emphasis, they are all closely related to contracts in some way. It’s what I do. I enjoy going to court to represent you and your contract rights. It’s tough, but I like it. If there is an area of law that I cannot practice at a high level, I will inform you and find someone for you who is very good in that area. My Legal Philosophy: What most people need is a lawyer who is skilled at the law and who will apply those skills to their client’s problems with common sense. I’m very big on the relationship between common sense and the law. You can get more bears with honey than vinegar. My goal is to settle all disputes in a friendly manner. Obviously, that is not possible in every case. I give the other side enough rope to either perform as promised or hang themselves. If being nice doesn’t work, I am very willing to get tough.         Art is a great negotiator and a damn good lawyer. He is fair, knowledgeable, and flexible. Well worth your money. My family and I worked with Art for about a year and a half on a real estate related case. We bought a mountain cabin and the sellers did not disclose structural problems. It was a nightmare. Art helped us resolve the case to our satisfaction and was a great adviser, negotiator and lawyer all throughout. I met with several lawyers before hiring Art. What sold me was that Art listened, became engaged in our case, and worked WITH us to get results. Hopefully you don't need a lawyer. But if you do, Art is your man. And worth every dime.

        I used Mrt. Pansing's services...

        I used Mrt. Pansing's services from 2010-2012 in an employment case. Mr. Pansing proved he knew little of employment law and was exceptionally slow to proceed with the case. The judgue quickly dismissed the case and I felt misled through the process. I did not find Mr. Pansing to be professional.

        I approached Art Pansing in 1992 with some construction and real estate problems. He responded very quickly and competently.



        Over the years, I have learned that Art has a unique way of using the law in common sense ways that benefit everyone and helps keep the fees down.



        I have used Art Pansing for my construction, business, and real estate issues for 18 years and counting. And, he's good in court. I highly recommend Art Pansing to anyone with construction, real estate, business and litigation. He has done them all for me.
