My appt was at 9:30. At 8, they called to say "sorry, due to the snow (3") and the cold weather (23 degrees) we will have to reschedule. I said no thank you. She called back and said we must have been disconnected. I told her no, I hung up. I will call someone else that is equipped to work in the Denver climate. I just took a day off of work, boarded the animals and have everything prepared! This small snow storm was predicted. If they can't work in the cold, they should have called yesterday or better yet, mentioned that during booking the appt.
Oh, and yes, I have someone else coming out this morning! They can work today.
I have been having Jake's for 2 year now clean my carpets. They have always been on time, very courteous, and did an amazing job on my carpets. I recommend them to anyone.
