General Info: Liz Foster began practicing law in Michigan where she successfully sued a large urban school district on behalf of a disabled client, whose rights under the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) were being infringed. She also achieved settlements against the government on behalf of a client who was sexually harassed, a government worker who was denied raises because of race discrimination, a secretary whose boss cheated her out of overtime, and several clients whose Family and Medical Leave Act rights were violated.
