I decided to add a room to my house because we were running out of space and expecting our fourth child. Like many people, we have a great deal of expenses and we were not sure if we had the funds to create an additional room. While searching for a reliable construction company I stumbled upon Arrowhead. I was impressed with their work through pictures, but even more amazed by the owner, Eli, and his employees. They showed up to every meeting on time, showed many photos of work they have done in the past, and reassured me that adding this room was going to be beautiful while simultaneously affordable. We decided to trust Eli, he followed our instructions perfectly and created exactly what we had in mind. We were amazed with how easy this process was, it also took about a month or so to complete. I am not usually one to post reviews, unless I have experienced something exceptional. Our new room is so cozy and it looks like it was always part of the house, which was ultimately my goal. I am also so happy that Eli was productive and was able to get the room done before the birth of our child. Very happy and highly recommend!!!

I have now had - I think it's - FIVE remodeling projects with Arrowhead remodeling and design inc. No regrets and would certainly use them again if needed.
Just completed another project with Arrowhead remodeling and design inc. THESE GUYS ARE FANTASTIC! We remodeled our kitchen and unfortunately, we did not have an endless pile of cash, so they patiently worked with us to design the dream kitchen my wife wanted at the budget I wanted. End result: we can't get our family and friends to leave! Yes, its true, the kitchen is definitely a dream and everyone wants to hang at our house. From the first meeting with ArrowHead Remodeling & Design until the last meeting with ArrowHead Remodeling & Design everything was very organized and done as promised. If you want very good work from RELIABLE people, go with ArrowHead Remodeling & Design inc.

we began our bathroom project with arrowhead remodeling & design and it came out so beautifully we decided on taking them for renovation on the master bathroom. Eli the owner was very professional and had brilliant ideas for the bathroom. his team was also highly professional and very efficient when doing the job. by the time we finished both bathroom ,we felt as if he was family and he started on making my dream kitchen, the design was so detailed with white cabinets and grey counter tops. all the projects where finished with in the time frame promised and they used extremely high quality material. I definitely will take arrowhead on any project I will have, and recommended the company to all of my closest friends and family. Debra

Fell in love with my house all over again!! I had a few rooms remodeled along with my kitchen and bathroom. I thought it would have been very stressful going threw a remodel but lucky for me that I found ArrowHead! I didn't even have to tell my sister about ArrowHead as soon as she saw the work done she called herself. Very reliable and helpful with my crazy color splurges.

This is my second review for Eli & Arrowhead Remodeling. Over the winter we hired them to redo our backyard and it was a fantastic experience. Over the summer we hired them back to do our master bathroom and it was terrible! Eli is a general contractor; he doesn’t do any of the work himself, just hires out other people. When he worked on our backyard the same two guys were working every day. For the bathroom, Eli had different people traipsing through our house every day with no warning or explanation. The first man to come in was the plumber. This man could not communicate with me at all (no shared language) and after his first visit we were out hot water for the weekend! Eli tried to remedy this, and ended up bring in another plumber on a Sunday night. When the original plumber came back to set up the rest of the plumbing he failed to cover up any of the open pipes (re: bath tub drain, shower drain, and toilet drain). I noticed this, but since I am not a professional contractor, I said nothing. Next in were the tile men. Here we had MANY problems! First, they installed the wrong tile TWICE. Again, Eli was quick to attempt to remedy this, but after the second installation the quality was incredibly poor and they said there was nothing more they could do. Our shower looks like my husband and I did a weekend DiY project… but WAY more expensive. Finally, the tile men paid no attention to the open drains and construction material flowed into our plumbing. When the plumber came back at the end of the project all of the pipes were clogged and brown water came up through the shower drain while he was testing it. He response: “not my fault.” At this we brought in our own plumber to fix it. They explained to us that Eli hadn’t pulled all the correct permits and the plumber was supposed to put in new access points to make something like this easier to fix. Eli took some responsibility and helped with some of those expenses. In the five months since we have needed to have our plumber back to the house FOUR times, most recently to get a huge block of construction material out of the pipes. The most recent visit cost us over $700. When we contacted Eli he said he would have nothing to do with it.

Long story short, Eli is a nice man and will give you a good price, but the people he hires are horrendous. We got lucky with our backyard but the headache of Eli’s plumber and tile men will be with us for years as we look at the poor quality of our shower tile and continue to deal with plumbing issues. I would not recommend any in-home work from Arrowhead Remodeling.
