I encountered an issue with the charging process of my Dell laptop. I wanted to connect with a local business and located Rizzo Computer services in Emerson which was very close to home. I took a chance on a Sunday night to at least leave my name and number for a Monday call back. To my surprise Carl Rizzo answered and we immediately made plans for him to analyze, repair, and possibly tune it up for me. Carl went beyond my expectations with his ideas and expertise. My laptop is now quick as lightning and he did all of this at a very reasonable cost!

Carl is the best computer technician I have ever worked with! He is extremely personable and he really knows what he's doing. He was recommended to me by a family member who had gotten a computer built by him. He built me the most incredible gaming PC! He also ordered the monitors, mouse, keyboard, and speakers.
