I have a five year old Lenovo I purchased from RBE. A few months ago, I started having an issue - the charger would only loosely fit into the port and therefore would not charge the computer. I took it in to RBE, they charged me like $100 or something and fixed it. When I got it back, the keyboard wasn't working- a handful of keys on it had to be firmly pressed a number of times to work. When I took it in and explained that this issue started happening IMMEDIATELY after it was returned to me from RBE, the associate told me that it wasn't possible that they could have caused the problem, and then charged me another $70 to fix it. Not exactly happy I had to pay RBE $70 to fix an issue that RBE caused.
