Provided by DexKnows1-31-15Today in the mail I received a Disconnection Notice for Feb. 9, 2015. I have lived at this address since Oct. 9, 2007. I have never been late with my Utility payments during that time. Apparently the check for my Nov. 25th to Dec. 26th bill, which was mailed on Dec. 27th, 2014, was lost in the mail. I did not receive a notice that my payment due by Jan. 15th had not been paid, instead I got a nasty notice in the mail Jan. 31st, that my utility services will be terminated on Feb 9th. I realize things can be lost in the mail, and I have now paid a $25.00 fee to stop paymen on the check sent out, plus a penalty from ED4. Some way to treat a customer.
