Initially had poor view of this company, was talking bad about competition. However had car that we liked. So we drove a couple hours to this place to find out car we wanted wasn't there, even though we talked on the phone before I left. This made me want to leave. But we stayed. Ended liking a similar car same price. When deal time came, the car price on Internet went up 70%! I ended up getting the deal just below Edmonds Used Car price. Pretty good interest rates. Friendly sales man, unfriendly finance manager. In NJ dealer by law needs to give a warranty based on age of car and mileage. Check used car lemon law for New Jersey. Don't let them force you to sign the paperwork that says as-is. Explain that by law they need to offer it. As title says, this dealership is average at best and I would assume they have little repeat or referral business.

I bought 2006 Lincoln Navigator from Elmwood Park Auto Mall. Vehicle was in exceptional condition. But I was mostly impressed with financing options they gave me. It's great when you have multiple choices to choose from. I got the best deal that worked for me, very low monthly payment. Financing guys name was Mike, and salesman was Steven. Thank You!!!!!

I went there to buy a car. Told the salesman I wanted to look at the car, he brought out the keys let me look around. When I told him I wanted to take it for a test drive he wanted to talk about the deal. Sat down with him, the car on the lot has a sticker price of 7,999 on the internet it is 3,999. He told me the interenet price is correct. After talking for 10 minutes with him he told me it was $7,300. Taxes, title, doc fee's, cleaning, etc. After telling him he was crazy, he left to talk to his manager. His new price was $4,500, in marker on paper stating "firm". I said okay, lets take it for a test drive. He said no he needed to talk to someone else, maybe the finance guy? He came back after 10 minutes with a price $5,800. I just got up and walked away. This place is a joke, STAY AWAY!!

made the purchase of a 2007 nissan on my way home the oil light when on I call them the next day they were going to change it when I was driving back to the dealer the tires light when on by the time I.got to the place they were closed and they.dont open on sunday monday morning took the car to get inspected and it fail call them again they told me what can I expect is and used car the only thing they were responsible is the engine and the transmition I have to spend money to fixed the car 5month since I got the car now the transmition is bad call them again and they were very rude and told me after all these time is nothing they can do so here I am stuck with a car that doesnt work and I have to pay for the next 5years so please double check the carfax I just did late but I did the one they made me sign only show 2accidents in the car when in reality these car.was savage

I had problem to get a car loan, because my credit was not great and income low. I called this dealership and they really helped me out. First of all they got me approved!!! And then, they approved me for 2008 year model car!!!! Besides, payments and interest were reasonable and lower than i expected.

I already recommended them to my friend who had same financial situation like mine, and she got approved too.

Check everything out for yourself and do not take the word of the sales representatives. They will tell you anything to sell the car. I called about a car that I saw online and i was told that I could get it for the price I mentioned. I came in and the price went up and there was damage on the car that was not described. They just wanted me to come in so they could take a shot with their negotiations. The pictures on the website are of the best angles of the car and any damage is left out. If you are going to purchase a car quickly, the sales reps are very pleasant. If you have questions or decline to buy a car, you will see that they become impatient. They are more concerned with the commission for the sale than your experience with the car. I was told so many lies just to get me to commit to buy the car. Again, make sure you check everything out on the car for yourself. I was told that the car would be checked out thoroughly before i received it, but I was not even able to pass inspection. My tires barely had any tread and My rear brakes were spent. They will do enough so the car does not break down when you leave the lot, but do not get surprised if you have to spend more money after spending thousands on the car. The cars are basically sold as is with very basic service adjustments. Bring a mechanic with you before you purchase if you are not very knowledgeable about cars. Also check to see if things aside from tires and brakes are in working order such as lights, power windows, etc because they may not work. I had to purchase a whole new dome light assembly since it did not work. It was not even the correct one for the car model. Now I will also have to buy new brakes and tires to pass inspection.

Bought my BMW 3series there. Good price, good service, just love my car. Yes, I would recommend this place to my friends.

I traded my car in with these guys 6 weeks ago. They have yet to provide my with my vehicle registration. Im driving around with an expired temp plate for 2 weeks now, who knows how much longer. Every time I call they tell me the guy that handles it isnt there and he'll call me back...still waiting.

Now, i fear I'll have to get a lawyer involved. This is my fourth car purchase and i never have i dealt with anything like this.

Not only that, they did nothing with the car. I mean nothing...didnt even top off the fluids or put air in the tires.

Worst car buying experience ever
