I had been putting off renovating my kitchen because I dreaded the entire process from picking out cabinets, counter tops, draw pull, backsplash and yes, even grout.

I went to Start Kitchens Inc. and thanks to Kenny the renovation wasn’t as bad as I had imagined.
He worked closely with my contractor to coordinate cabinet arrival and installation so that there was no down time.

Kenny was easy going, pleasant and most importantly patient. He helped me coordinate everything and I love my Kitchen.

I highly recommend Start Kitchens Inc.

I ordered a $7000 kitchen from "Star Kitchen Inc." 571 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003 516-326-6888 and the crown molding was all cut wrong.18 feet of crown!



When we went back to them they said oh no something you did was wrong. Its a brand new kitchen, brand new walls, brand new ceiling. We even brought a tool with us an "angle finder" which cant lie about the angle.... We even put it up against thier wall and it was off!!



The angle finder tool showed them point blank, in their face, that the angles were all cut wrong! His response ..."oh its ok you can play a little with it.... REALLY?????!!!!! PLAY A LITTLE??!!!



Brand new kitchen and play a little and have gaps all over cabinets and ceiling???? We went to home depot across the street and purchased a cheap piece of premade crown molding and showed them how the angle is supposed to be ...... Dont ever buy anything from Star Kitchen Inc Cabinet and Stone Factory! They claim all solid wood which its not...



The cabinets came banged and scratched, the quartz countertop came chipped in several places. Their measurement/delivery/kitchen people dont speak a lick of English. I had to fight to take a few $$ off price when they delivered because of all the damages and they had the nerve to charge me $20 for 8 oz of touch up paint. Do yourselves a favor and stay away ffrom Star Kitchen Inc.



Poor customer relations and they do not stand by their mistakes.You're on your own!
