The service at this dealership is ridiculous. They take forever to repair brand new trucks under warranty, and always come out with a new excuse for why the job is being delayed. For Example it took them over 3 weeks to replace a drive shaft on one of our 2013 Cascadia. Furthermore, it took them over a week to have a differential seal replaced as well. It would probably take much longer for them to fix it if it wasn't for me calling everyday and checking up on the progress of the repair.

Moreover, the parts department take forever as well. Some of these counter people have very poor knowledge of what they even have in stock. I ran into situation whereas my own parts guy had to go into the warehouse to prove them wrong that they have a part we were looking for but were ignorantly denied that they don't.

From experience of having 25 brand new Freightliner Cascadia's, i would not recommend this dealership. Other Freightliner dealerships in Chicago Land area offer much better customer in both parts and service departments.

Total fraud! Took 13 hours to diagnose my truck....they state it was a speed sensor. They put my truck through computer and the problem immediately came up....why did it take 13 hours to realize it?? Over 1,300!

Very poor quality of work. They wanted to change my radiator for over 2,000 when all that was wrong was a sensor. Fixed it for under 100 myself and have no problems for months. There was no radiator leak. Staff is rude and slow.

Went in for diamond seal change they took truck for road test blew motor then charged me for it 30k..

STAND AWAY!! I agree with all of the comments below..I highly do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!



Do not purchase any trucks from this place! They LIE about the TRUE condition of the trucks they sell.



Wish I would have researched this company better before purchasing a truck from them. SAVE yourself the trouble and headache & STAND AWAYY!!!

I DO NOT reccomend using Trans Chicago. They are dishonest and tend to make up problems and then hold your truck until you pay their false charges. Very Unprofessional. Again...DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!
