Manor Maids

I worked for Manor Maids for a little over a month before I finally got fed up and put in my 2 weeks notice. I would not suggest this company to ANYONE. First of all, the owner doesn't run any background checks on the women she hires. While I was working for them, there was a case where a box of medication was stolen from a cancer patient's home. The owner fired the newest girl in the crew with the basis of rumors only. She did this to appease the home-owners, but then let the case drop without real or FACTUAL resolve. The medications that were stolen were common medications used to cook a street drug called meth. There were several girls that were working with her at the time that openly admitted that they were using or had used that drug in the past. The owner would come in and discuss how she uses marijuana. I was constantly given trouble because I don't use drugs. There are only a selective few women who work for the company that are trustworthy and even fewer that have no criminal background. Are these the kind of people you want to allow inside of your home? When I questioned the owner about her lack of background checks, she stated that she believes in giving people a second chance... but should that be at the home-owner's risk?
