Grease Monkey

I had horrible experience at Greese Monkey in Ellenwood. They dont give the service they stated they provided. Zack was the manager on duty and was rude and has no clue I will never them again. Stay away!!!!

I would not recommend anyone to do business here. Their customer service is extremely poor. I went to purchase tires and should have turned around when I witness the manager arguing with the customer in front of me about a check engine light.

I continued to purchase the tires anyway. Prior to coming into the shop I called ahead to make sure had the run-flat tire I needed. The manager's exact response was "yes, they are the exact tires that's on your car now". So I purchased the tires with out thinking about it until I got home and my wife wanted me to double check because we have no spare tire. Turns out it was the exact brand and name, minus the run-flat feature I specifically asked for.

The next morning I called as soon as the shop opened to express my concern. I was called back by that same manager. She rudely told me that she did not tell me the tires were run flat and that they were just the same tires thats on my car, which both were lies. If they were the same tire I would have run flat and no problem. She then told me because the tires she sold me were now used, just 3 miles and sitting for 10 hours by the way, and she would not take them back. She then tried to convince me into what she tried to make sound like a good offer. Told me that she would be willing to take them back if I bought the run-flat at $550 for 2 and on top of the $420 I already paid. No shop in the world has Pirelli Scorpion Run-Flats at $475 a peice and non Run-Flats at less than half that. It turns out She was trying to charge the cost of the new tires plus some to recoup from the lost she claim she would take if she lets me returns "used tires". She was unwilling to do anything for me as it was now a matter of my word vs her's. She even went on to tell me I should sell them to get my money back. Now I have to either eat my loses or get my lawyer friends involved.

Again, I would would advise any and everyone to stay away from this terrible business.

If I could give negative 5 starts I would. This place is a total rip off. They charged for the job but installed a junk yard part. Water pump squeaks. Charged more than the estimate and then damaged my lug nuts in my wheel that cost me $105 to fix. Stay away from these rip off artists
