I just purchased a home in Sanders Mill and part of the contract was to have the dishwasher checked out. The previous owners had it checked by Carl Beedle and provided me with a receipt from Beedle Appliance showing the dishwasher was in working condition and they also included their cancelled check. This happened on August 5 ,2019. At that time of service the home was empty as the previous owners had moved already. I moved in and ran the dishwasher for the first time on August 28 and the dishwasher will not drain. I called Beedle Appliance and spoke with Carl Beedle,at first he denied doing the work but I have the receipt signed by him. At that point he said he was not responsible and would not come and fix it because it was working when he was there on Aug 5, 2019. WOW! He was rude and disrespectful.
I will never contact this business again and will caution all my friends and family in town about this company.

Last week I began having problems with my dryer, after contacting my landlord I was referred to this company and received a phone call Friday afternoon from a Mr. Carl Beedle. He informed me that he was unable to get to the dryer today (Friday), but that if I was available he would have time to address the issue at 9:00AM Monday morning, to which I agreed.

9:00AM came and went, as did 10:00AM. At 11:00AM, my girlfriend left a message on his phone asking for a return call in regards to our missed appointment. I received a call at FOUR IN THE AFTERNOON, with a chuckling Carl on the other end who informed me he'd attempted to squeeze in a refrigerator repair before our meeting and that it had taken longer than expected. He suggested a second meeting the following morning and upon my challenging his attendance record at such appointments, he became incredibly indignant as if this gross negligence of professional conduct was of my design.

If integrity and common courtesy hold any value I would recommend anyone in need of a repairman to reconsider their choice in the likes of Carl Beedle.. A businessman who finds it acceptable practice to blow off a customer and call SEVEN HOURS after missing an engagement is not worthy of your time or money.

I am extremely insulted and truly appalled at my dealing with this individual.. I will NEVER be doing business with him again.

I will, however, be posting this review everywhere I can in the hopes of informing others of exactly the caliber of character they will receive from this company.

We went online over the weekend to an expert website and described what was wrong with our refrigerator. Upon reading the symptoms, the expert said to turn off the refrigerator for 24 hours so that it would defrost, and then it could work again after the ice stopped blocking the airway between the freezer and the refrigerator. Then we were instructed to get a repairman.
Carl Beedle was recommended by a local store and so we called him. Within three hours of our call, he arrived. We told him the symptoms. He tested the jazz board in our refrigerator and replaced it. The entire house call was less than 30 minutes. There was every indication he knows what he's doing. We're confident it's fixed.
