Be Aware! Do not use this company! You better ask questions. Your car will be held hostage!!!! Will get your car and jack the charges up with fake fees like clean up fees and special equipment charges.

WOW do NOT do business with this company. Highway robbery the legal way. My mother was involved in a severe car accident and this is the company the highway patrol called to tow her vehicle. We went the very next day to retrieve the vehicle from Joe’s Towing in Ellenboro NC and the bill was outrageous!!! He wanted 425.00 to pick up the car and it has not even been on his lot for 24 hours. He claimed that he worked hard getting it out and that was the reason for all the extra fees and such. He also informed us that there will be a 25.00 per day fee as well that will add to that amount. He stated that we can just bring the title to him and call it even. I think NOT!!! Wow you can just ride around and pick up a wrecked car for the state and then it is yours because you are the one that picked it up? Really? People can get away with this by charging outrageous fees? Is there no contract between the state of NC and the towing companies they use? Please take your business elsewhere!!!
