        Pennsylvania College of Optometry, established in 1973, offers various graduate degree and certificate programs to students. It offers various programs in Master of Science in low vision rehabilitation, orientation and mobility therapy and vision rehabilitation therapy. In addition, the college offers programs in Master of Education in education of children and youth with visual and multiple impairments. The college also offers training classes in home management, activities of daily living and personal management, crafts and leisure activities, auditory, written and technological communication skills. It provides scholarships to students from the US Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration and Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services.
