        Customer support has always been very helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The technician who serviced our home taught my family how to use the alarm panel, he was well-versed, skilled, and very nice. I've been a customer for many years and it works well for me. They always meet my needs.

        I love, love LBSS security system. This system works great. I feel so much safer in my home knowing I have this system. Its easy to arm and disarm. The key fob is so convenient, its so helpful when I'm coming from the supermarket with a bunch of bags. Thanks LBSS

        I have used this security company for over 10 years and am pleased. The monitoring company calls on the occasions that the alarm went off and asked the appropriate questions. In fact I didn't know I had a panic signal until the police arrived at my house because the alarm company had alerted them. I had hit the code in such a way that it said I was in trouble. I'm pleased with their service.
