I was going into panic mode as I was nearing a deadline date for a project and my pc kept shutting down. I'd restart it, and within minutes it would shut down again. I called several companies who were quoting costs and service charges that were ridiculous. Nor could anyone get me back up and running in less than 24 hours. JEM came though - my problem was solved quickly and professionally in about 2 hours. They even took the time to walk me through instructions and tips to prevent it from happening again (in English vs Geekeze). I paid a $24.99 diagostic fee and they applied that cost to the repair which was just under $80 - all in all, about 1/3 of the quotes I was getting from other places. Thanks so much, JEM!

I recently purchased a new PC from JEM Computers to replace my old Dell which has been a problem since shortly after I got it 4 years ago. The personel was great. They took there time to talk with me to find out how I use my pc and then recommended a a unit built to my present and future needs. The nice thing is that I got a pc that wasn't loaded with a lot a trail software and I got only the software I needed and wanted. I had a few questions a few days after I got it and the staf was very helpful and walked me through my problem, which was something I did wrong. I was really impressed with their warranty, 2 years basic and 1 extra year on labor on parts that have a manufacturer's warranty longer than 2 years. And this is included in the price. Regarding their prices, they beat everywhere I went with matching specs.



My new PC runs like a dream. I would recommend JEM highly.

These guys are amazing. My computer went "blue screen" and totally locked up. Brought it in to JEM and they diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes....for only a $24.95 diagnostic fee, which they then credited against the repair ($89). Didn't have to reload my apps, either. Had my computer back in less than 24 hours, which is really important as I run a good deal of my business from it.

I had a problem with my PC. I had called 3 different companies. Two worked on it at my office and one firm took it out. All promised to correct the problem and restore my computer to it's original speed & functionality. In all 3 instances, the price was greater than replacement - and each time I had to pay a service fee. At lunch, JEM Computers was recommended. I called them and they came out the same day. Within 15 minutes they told me what was wrong, told me how much it would cost, and protected all of my data - at a great price in comparison. A couple of months later, I had a problem and called them. They checked it out, told me it was a defective part that was under warranty and they charged me NOTHING. This is a great company,

the group at Jem are jems. They are knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating. They helped me get my computer back up and running the way it was when I first bought it.
