I have always found the personnel at the Dentistry for All Ages office to be courteous and professional. I've always been called in within minutes of my appointment, unlike many other medical offices I've been to. It sounds like the woman with the unruly kid(s) needs to try parenting, instead of blaming victims of her inconsiderate kids actions. Being a long time patient there, I can't imagine the office employees being inconsiderate or discourteous. Waiting to sit in a dental chair, I wouldn't want any additional raises in my blood pressure due to unnecessary stress. How could this woman not understand that?

I took my daughters to Dentistry for All Ages. I used to not have problem and meet nice people, however, today was terribly disappointed. The lady did not let me go in with my daughter to talk to the dentist, she said "The room is small! Me and my other toddlers can not go in!" Just that.I has not been treated that way before and usually feel comfortable when the dentist talk to me and show me about the problem my daughter has on their teeth. Today was so different. Not only that, We were waiting in the waitng room for my other daughter to get her teeth done, my 3 years old got upset that she could not get in, she cried. The lady at the counter then told me to take her out to the hallway!!! I was wondering how could the people here treat their paitents this way. I know that the dentists are all nice and kind to the children, but ONLY that they have such a support team like this, it bring the rate down low. Patient are not welcomed and treated nicely. Both ladies should speak nicely.
