One of the worst gun shops in sac area. Overpriced and rude unprofessional employees.

My first time here was here great. I found this place at YP.com. Since I had never used a hand gun before, the staff was nice enough to show me how to use it, and off I went. It was fun, and oh boy, did I run out of ammo quick. And when my gun jammed they were happy to help me out. Next time I'll bring more ammo.

I'm new to guns and wanted to buy a shotgun, when i saw a nice shotgun at a good price $350.00 I told them i'd take it. Then they brought me different shotgun and told me it was just as good. I listened to them and took the chinese made shotgun. The first time i shot the gun (inside the store to be exact) the barrel jumped off the gun,I asked them to give me a store credit for the broken shotgun. They refused and gave me a fake chinese phone number to call. I am never going to buy from them again!!!

Customer service is horrible. The management treats its employees and customers with disrespect. If you have a question they look at you like your an idiot. Prices are ridiculously high!

I purchased a pistol from here and they sold me a expensive model, but when I picked it up they gave me a lesser valued model. I confronted them about it and they just told me the model numbers mean nothing. I was told "We just pick a model number to fill in the paper work. The model number makes no difference". I thought I only paid about 1% over msrp, but after the gun rooms shady acts I over paid by more than 20% over msrp. I asked them if this is their normal practice of over charging and the answer was "Yes". I received the same answers from 2 different employees/management.

I have contacted DOJ and I will be contacting the BBB to expose the bad business practices of this place. So make sure you do your homework before you purchase here so you don't get robbed like I did. And be sure you actually get what you paid for!!!!
