Going Back to Kathy now at Laguna Country Dog Salon. I appreciate her friendliness and loving care for my pets

I am very dissatisfied. I called around yesterday to see if anyone had availability to get our two small dogs in (only one of our dogs needed a hair cut) and wasn’t able to get them it. I was pleasantly surprised when I called here and found out they could get our dogs in the next day and to bring them between 8-10am and it was only $61. My boyfriend was the first person there at 8am today and when I got home from work today at 4pm my dogs were still not home. I asked my boyfriend where they were and he said they still haven’t called me. I called the groomer and when I asked if our dogs were ready he told me 20 more minutes. I am very upset that my dogs have been caged from 8am to 4:20 in the afternoon. There should be no reason it took 8 hours and 20 minutes to bath, brush, cut (only my multipoo), clean ears, trim nails and express the anal glands on a multipoo and chihuahua. We go in and I tell them my dogs names and they all three look at each other trying to figure out what dogs they were. Our multipoo is the same length as when we brought him( I took a picture of him yesterday) they did clean up his face and top of his head but his ears are uneven, half of his nose is shaved and the other half isn’t and his nails are cut so ridged he scratched my leg in the car. Our chihuahua was shaking when he brought her out, she had eye boogers all over her face and it looks like they only clipped every other nail and left them ridged. I picked them up and handed the guy $71 and he finally brought out our dogs. With thr dogs in both arms I struggle to open the door and they just watched. Needless to say I am very disappointed with this whole experience and will not be bringing my dogs back.

I had to fly to L.A to work so I left my dog last Thursday and had to pick her up Monday because they was closed on Sunday. I got their earlier than they expected. I was told I had to wait on my dog because they used my dog kennel to transport another dog the day before and Katie had no returned it. So what in the hell did my dog Suki sleep on. While another dog was in her new kennel overnight at someone house. I Kept cool even though I wanted to cuss them out.All the police would of thought irate back man so I kept it together while he went somewhere up street for about 15 then returned with it and still wanted to charge $44 .The lesson is this something pay more for what you want cheap prices mean cheap care. NEVER AGAIN

I had a horrible experience there when I took my Mom's dog there. One of women there was working on a white little dog. Looked like a Scottie dog. She was mean and cruel to that poor dog the whole time ripping through its hair and when the dog cried she jerked on its collar and yelled at it. When I came to pick my dog up this woman did the same thing with the dog she was working on. Jerking on its collar yelling at it. I was horrified to think I left our sweet little dog there. I would never go back and I hope those people that own that dog read this. I wish there was a way to reach them. They have no business working on animals. I would prefer to give them no stars but this site wont let you leave a rating without giving them a star

I have been bringing my dogs to Laguna Country Groomers for the past 15 years. Kathy and her crew have always provided me great customer service and reasonable prices. Last year, my golden retriever was sprayed directly on her chest by a skunk. I called and obtained an immediate appointment. Kathy and the crew took great care of Kaleigh. Before I left, Kathy provided me invaluable information and supply samples so we could care for two additional dogs at home. I highly recommend this business for their expertise and professionalism.

Try this groomer! They are wonderful! The price was far better than any other groomer and they took great care of my dogs! I would also tell them to drop my name and get 10 percent off because that gives me a $10 off coupon for my next groom! What a great referral program! Try them! Tell them missa sent you!

We dropped our dog off at 9:30 on a Saturday morning and didn't get him back until 9:00 that night! They kept him ALL day! We called and called and they kept telling us he was next. We should have just gone down there and picked him up and told them forget it, but you always think of these things after! They also had the nerve to charge us $75.00 for the wash and cut because they told us he had a few mats. He's a golden retriever and not very big and not at all matted. Dirty and very unprofessional. Don't take your pet there!
