Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went to Popeyes Chicken #5890, 1875 N Dixie Hwy in Elizabethtown Kentucky. Ordered a 16 piece meal. Place was not busy at all, but waited about 15 minutes for chicken cuz they didn’t have enough and had to make more. I thought I was doing good by checking my order before I left, as I made a special request and wanted gravy on side. Which they screwed up and I had to go back in. I get home and find 15 pieces in the box instead of 16. It was obviously NOT the fresh chicken I had waited for. Then there was 6 wings, 5 thighs, 3 drumsticks, and one breast. I ordered mild (kids). Part of box was spicy. I call and speak to manager and was told there was nothing he would do for me because the hungry kids, I got the chicken for, had already started to eat some. As I had been waiting, another lady came in who’s order was messed up and a gentleman made a comment to me that they are always messing up orders.

Best chicken in the WORLD! Love Popeyes....
