No rating. This business deserves a negative rating to be honest. When I complained about not receiving my bill, I got an in depth explains ruin about postal cost. When I asked for an emailed bill or to dispute late fees, I was told there where no options available. Cut off my service and I am being overcharged. However, there is now an online bill pay option that I wasn't told about previously. This is not a good business model. More like "what not to do when running a business" example.

Far and away, dealing with the North Elizabethton Water Co-Op is the most frustrating, hair pulling, obnoxious experience in municipal payment that I have ever experienced.



Also, what kind of low-rent backwater hillbilly payment website doesn't even tell you how much you owe? You're lucky to even get a bill in the mail, so that coupled with the fact that the phone reps are clueless means that unless you have a Ouija board in your basement, you might as well just throw darts at a dartboard to figure out your bill.

They are bad about not sending out a bill. Has happened about 10 times, and I have had my water cut off twice because of it, and then 60 dollar bill turns into 130 after the reconnect fee. Several neighbors have complained about it too. They always blame the lost bill on the post office. Also their rates are too high.

Yes! My brother lives in Virginia, and for his water, sewer and garbage pickup all together, he pays only $40 ?!

They are ripping us off with such high rates on monthly water usage. They limit how much I can use to 2000 gallons a month. Wish they would consider lowering their rates.
