Hardee's

No one at register. We waited about 5 min w no sign of ANYONE in the store. We yelled 3xs for someone to come help. I finally called the restaurants phone #. I asked if they were open today and we were at the register waiting for service now 10 min. 4 Ppl came from the back to help us. I could have robbed the damn place and no one would know. Horrible service and partially good food

Honesty:

During numerous visits to this store, I have ordered the (2) sausage Biscuit special listed on the Drive Thru menu. Each time I have been charged for (2) separate sausage biscuits which is higher than the menu listing. Each time I have objected to the price difference and been told, "Oh I'm sorry, I was mistaken." I don't believe the training is that negilent. Is this a company Rip=Off or the managers way of bonus?



Quality:

The breakfast biscuits, that are sold through the drive-thru, fall apart because they were in numerous pieces when the sandwich was made and could not have been dispenced across the counter inside without complaints and replacement. But, the customers in the drive-thru are enroute to their places of employment and will eat the pieces and parts while they rush to their jobs. Quality in the food business used to be of primary concern. I did not want to click a star at the beginning because, quality cannot be rated, you either have it or you don't. It is my opinion, based on personal experience, this Hardee's does not have quality!
