I can't even begin to describe how easy and stress free my experience was, again, purchasing our 3rd vehicle from benny ben at the park place of nj. From the very first phone call I made to him on Tuesday afternoon describing the type of vehicle I was looking for and the some of the safety features I placed as a priority since this vehicle was a birthday gift and my son's first car. Less then 2 days later when I met with ben he was confident he found what I was looking for, and he was right! ben could have very easily just picked any car off the lot and over our budget just to make a sale but he didn't. Instead, being the father of a teen driver himself, knew the importance of placing my son in a safe, reliable and "teenager approved" stylish vehicle.

I must say I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience in elizabeth. robert and Byron were soooo patient, professional yet friendly; I went on numerous test drives with different cars; Robert worked very hard to get me the car I wanted at the price I could handle. I guess the days of car salesmen intimidation are over; they were a pleasure to deal with - and alex in finance; everyone was pleasant, patient and made getting my new(er) car wonderful and FUN.... They definitely went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I'm sure they will be successful with the professionalism they have

great dealer. got a very fair deal on my trade-in and put it towards a late-model sedan on their lot. they have a great selectiona nd mike the salesguy was friendly and knew his stuff about each and everyr car i took a look at.i never got rhe feeling that i was being misled ro scammed in anyway- what i was told over the phone was what happened with i stepped onto the lot. car prep was aces, too: interior waa clean as a whislte, tires armor-alled, you name it. drove off the lot in a used car that felt and ran like a new one.ive made surwe all my friends know that this place is a the real deal!

Okay guys this is the spot if ur looking for a used vehicle.... I rushed down with my family to the dealer looking for a car that I seen on cars for a low price listed I couldn't believe how the service was so good there everybody was helpful even ben nd the finance manager alex was very cool ppl they helped get me the best car ever for the perfect price there wasn't any outrageous fees or anything im so happy nd I appreciate everything u guys did for me...definitely have to refer my friends thanks again.

CAN'T COMPLAIN DEALERSHIP DID EVERYTHING THEY PROMISE WITH MY LOW CREDIT AND HAVING A MONTHLY BUDGET OF BETWEEN $400 - $500. THEY WERE ABLE TO PUT ME INTO THE WHITE ACURA TL WITH LOW MILES. I WAS DECLINE IN TWO OTHER DEALERSHIP NEAR ME BUT THE FINANCE MANAGER IN DIP'S LUXURY MOTOR ALEX MADE IT HAPPEN.

Honestly from the moment I walked in to the second I drove off with my new car I felt like I knew these individuals for years. The hospitality was incredible. Nick really made the car buying process so easy for me. He kept his words when he told me that I would leave happy. The finance staff got me a rate that completely shocked me. Nick was 100% honest and straight forward with me. Came in late after work on a Friday to check out the car and not one employee made a complaint about having to stay later. Next day when I arrived to pick up the car they told me 4 customers came and wanted to purchase the vehicle but Nick held the car for me. The amount of respect I have for him is off the charts. I'd highly recommend Dips to anyone looking for their next car purchase.

I walked in for a 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 and came out driving the car I wanted. The staff is so courteous and was very helpful with all the questions I had about this vehicle. Peter, Mike and also his finance manager Victor were who made this possible.

My experience at Dips Luxury Motors truly changed my perception of car dealerships. After weeks of searching for a car in Long Island I was getting a bit frustrated. I was a bit leery after seeing some of the reviews but I saw the car I wanted online and gave Dips Luxury a call, the receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. I wanted to go in and see it the same day but I didnt have a ride, I asked if they would be able to pick me up from the NJ Transit train station and she informed me that wouldnt be a problem. As promised my sales man Peter was there patiently waiting and drove me to the lot. Next was the test drive and the car fax. I received a copy to take home and future review with my more knowledgeable car owners. I came back 3 days later to purchase the car and to my surprise it was hassle free. I got the ideal price I wanted, of course I would have liked it to be less but who doesnt. Now the dreaded waiting period, I noticed a few scratches on the trunk of the car and it was a concern to me. Nicos (The Manager) assured me it would be gone once the detail was completed, the waiting period took longer than I was expecting but to ensure my satisfaction they brought the car to the BMW dealership a few miles away to get the right compound to match my car. During my wait, Nicos suggested I go to a local restaurant across the street and to give them a call once the bill arrived. After I finished my meal, Peter was right there to close out the tab. My BMW was delivered to me with a full tank of gas, washed, scratch free and ready to go! Customer Service going above and beyond! I absolutely recommend Dips Luxury Motors and thanks a lot to the staff!

The best way to start off the new year!!! I left completely satisfied, I looked everywhere for my dream car but couldn't get approved. Then I came here and not only was I approved for that car but, thanks to Bayron and Mike, I was able to get a much better deal on a 4 year newer model! For almost the same price. These guys know their stuff!!!

I purchased my 2012 BMW 3 series from this dealership, The overall customer service was great, they got my approved with my not so good credit and got me monthly payments that i was comfortable with. I highly recommend this dealership to others, come see Bryon (thats who sold me my car today)

we drove for 2 hours and a half to get my wife the Mercedes-Benz C300. The C300 we saw online was the there in great condition. We got approved and drive home within a hour or two. Great people and my daughter got to watch tv whole time.
