        Overall

        No follow-up, no calls unless you call them. You send them an email and they reply back with a one liner not even addressed to you by name. They also spell your name wrong and takes weeks to correct. I have worked with many atty and this one is by far the worst when it comes to follow-up. This was a closing matter, nothing complicated..
