This place and people are terrible! The employee was rude and condescending. She called me 45 minutes before she needed to leave for lunch, and said I needed to be here immediately, because she is the only one who can rent trucks, and a rental takes half an hour. As soon as I walked in, she made a few phone calls to ensure that I knew I was disturbing her day. She was continously rude, refused to answer simple questions, and was very upset because I called corporate to make a formal complaint regarding the reservation. She told me to "watch my mouth" because I told her she was taking my complaint about corporate very personally. I never used profanity, but I did cry. I rented a truck and a trailer to tow my car. The rental company refuses to even help you align the car on the trailer, but doesn't tell you that before you get there. I don't have anyone with me, so I can't get the car onto the trailer. Another employee came out to threaten to have me arrested because I'm taking too long to load my car. "You've been sitting here for 15 minutes."

Yeah, I'm a single woman who has never done this before, and it's going to take some time. Please, have me arrested.
