Cyndi's Pampered Pets

Cyndi's groomed my 2 longhaired dachshunds and they did a fantastic job! I dropped them off and they called me when they were finished.

Ok, So I am floored by the "bad" experiences. My dogs have been to Cyndi's numerous times. Super Nice staff- they really care about the pets and I think they do an excellent job. Very welcoming and very clean! I am at peace knowing my baby is there during the day while I work. They do an excellent job on grooming as well and the prices are sooo affordable!☺

We decided to give this place the benefit of the doubt after reading mixed reviews. Our usual boarder was booked for the weekend and we needed their service so we chose Cyndi's. When we dropped our pups off we told them we would also like to have them groomed. When we picked them up, not only were they NOT groomed but they smelled like urine (and so did their beds and toys we sent with them)! Apparently in their record book they were a "no show" for their grooming appt. Someone dropped the ball on that one! How could they not know that they were in the building being boarded!? Makes me wonder if they were neglected during their stay. I am now on my second round of laundry because the first round didn't take away the smell (I even used Odoban odor eliminator!). I am not usually one to bad mouth a business but I want customers to be aware of where they are sending their fur babies. Unfortunately we will not be returning to Cyndi's.

Do NOT board your pet at this place. They may groom "cutesie" dogs coats nicely, but my dog was returned to me after 4 days in poor health. They did not give her the food I provided. She came home much skinnier, pooping blood, and speaking to a manager about the issue was damn near impossible. They pass the buck and all except one of the girls working there have terribly rude attitudes. I will NOT be going back.

As a previous employee, friend, and customer I would say, OK she is not a people person and she knows that and that is why Cyndi is a wizard with ALL animals. Also, I have never seen a more honest person when it comes to the reality of dealing with issues that may arise. As we have all had accidents in the kitchen when preparing a 30 minute dinner, accidents do happen when working all day with sharp tools and a moving animal. In a world were most would attempt to hide these issues, Cyndi documents her pet database system of the incident, tells the customer over the phone, shows them in person, and offers free grooming to the customer. In addition, she gives them the opportunity to follow up with a vet at her expense, to which has never happened. Also, in response to some of the hear-say, I know for a fact that at no time has there ever been any legal actions taken against the company. The company maintains an active customer base of 30 or more grooms per day, in addition to the daycare and boarding services that are always filled and has many followers on Facebook. I ask that everyone look past the false and personal attacks by the few who have made it their personal agenda to try and ruin a person and look at the real reviews by real customers, like me.

I've been going to Cyndi's Pampered Pets now for about 2 years, My Yorkiepoo and I love the the shop. The employees have always been nice, shop clean. They always do a great groom on my baby and she's always so happy to go to them. I've been to other shops and well, lets just say I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I bring my poodle there, have been for YEARS NOW and anyways have not only loved the quality of the groom but the professionalism of the staff. I would NEVER go anywhere else.

They always ate friendly& willing to work with me if my dog needs to get in last minute. My morkie pup has been going to Cyndi's for more than 3 yrs now and they always do a great job. These folks love any animal that comes thru their door.

After dropping off my dogs I stopped by a few hours later to see if they were ready. Cyndi was very rude and unprofessional all because I had stopped by early to ask. In addition to that, they were not groomed the way I had specifically asked them to be groomed. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a shop like this.

Excellent accommodations and staff. Best smelling bath products hands down, especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas! My dog loves to go and play with all the other dogs.
