Brady Outdoor Equipment

I have never had a problem with this place. I bought a commercial weed eater from them over 6 years ago and it still starts on the first pull. They have done mower repairs for me in the past and know what they are doing. They have a long backlog of repairs though.

I purchased a very expensive self starting toro push mower from them. It never self started very well but as it did pull start quickly i didn't get around to taking it back immediately but I did take it back while it was still under warranty. Bradys they could not find anything wrong that would be covered under the warranty but supposedly did adjustments on it without my ok, even though they had my phone number and when i picked it up found a $57 bill i had to pay. I would think long and hard before purchasing anything with this business because not only is the warranty not honored, but they will do unauthorized work and charge you. Oh and it takes 7 - 10 days for them to do work on your equipment so don't think you will get it back quickly. i personally will deal with Lowes who understands customer service. I even dealt with the owner at Bradys so this lack of customer service starts at the top.
