        Elcin Zan, M.D. is dual board- certified radiologist specializing in Neuroradiology and Nuclear Medicine. She is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Campus.Dr. Zan earned her M.D. in Medicine and Radiology residency at Ankara University School of Medicine in Turkey in 2004. Followed by a Neuroradiology Fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2016.Dr. Zan joined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in March 2023 as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology. Dr. Zan is a member of the Molecular Imaging and Neuroradiology Divisions, and Director of PET/MRI in the Departmentof Radiology. Dr. Zans main interest is Head and Neck Radiology integrating PET with MRI and CT.

        Came in with acute bronchitis and wheezing on a Sunday at 11:30 am. Filled out minimal form and waited 7 minutes and was called back for weight, height, blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature. That having been collected, I was taken to the exam room. The wait here was considerably longer, but it was cool and quiet and I got a little nap.i was checked on twice by nursing personnel and Dr Kohn the came in. Very pleasant and professional, but not cold in her demeanor, she discussed symptoms, options, and we decided on a course of treatment. After an X-ray to rule out pneumonia, I was prescribed an anti-inflammatory and an antibiotic. Both of the were phoned into my pharmacy. I left Urgent Care to go pick them up. Very efficiently and professionally done!
