I was anxious since I haven't ...

I was anxious since I haven't been to the dentist in almost 2 years. Its a beautiful office. Very modern and comforting. My wait time was very short and I was taken into another high tech room. Very clean and the staff is great.
They are very gentle considering the circumstances and the Dentist didn't go overboard with trying to selling me on other procedures so I felt very comfortable. Would highly recommend

"This whole office makes me smile. From the time I walk in the door until I leave, I feel treated like royalty. They are so compassionate and caring. Love coming here even though I have had anxiety with dentist in the past. Nothing like that at Highpoint. What a positive experience! "

I have been going to Dr. Kong since 2012. Even after moving to Atlanta in 2014, I only go to him for my dental care (Plan around business and family trips back to Chicago) He fixed two of my teeth that were causing pain and I experienced no pain during the procedure. Nicole did a fantastic job on the cleaning as well and got all my coffee stains off.

I had root canal and was scared to death, yet after Dr. Kong got finished I felt so much better compared to the pain I was feeling from my tooth ache. Weeks later I am feeling better than I have felt in a long time. Honest and friendly staff. Love them!

Don't go. They took as much as money as they could from my insurance and my pocket and luckily I trusted my guts and went to another dentist for a second opinion.

They told me I needed a crown for one year but I felt nothing on my tooth so I let it go. They were also insisiting on taking x ray every 6 months and because radiation and said no. I never heard of so many x ray. They were so pushy. I went every six months for my cleaning and they kept insisting on fixing my tooth.

Well last March it seems they were in a plot to take all my money at once. I went for me periodic cleaning and when I sat down...the bill person, the hygienist and the dentist were at the door and told me today was the day to do all because my mouth was in such bad conditiion. I said I would like to think over it and told them I felt nothing bad with my teeth. They said to do at least one filling in the tooth of the crown. Well , they offered me a discount so I went through...it was so so much pressure that I believed it and just one filling is not bad.

My mouth was dumbed and the dentist said after several minutes working on it, we are done with the first tooth and I said...what do you mean? it was just one tooth and he said we are going to do two fillings...I said no, he said all is dumbed so let's keep working on your mouth. I left with three fillings against my will, opinion!! I had two old fillings and they were removed and replaced with white ones and my jaw was a mess for a couple of days when I came back. I had pain in one of those teeth when I ate and felt funny.

They also told me my teeth were moving because I grind my teeth at night but I told them I don't think so but they said it is but I don't know because Im sleeping. They told me to have a guard done. $500 from my insurance. The teeth that are moving are in my lower jaw but they only did it for the top because that is the way according to them.

They resurfaced all and felt better, told me to eat soft food but still it bothered me and didn't find my bite.

I went back one week after, Monday and the other dentist was there and said he didn't find anything wrong but took an x ray. Still said nothing was wrong in the x ray but I might need a root canal and a crown. I was like what!!! He told me I let my tooth go for so long and the filling wasnt working. I was asked to come back next day to meet the other doctor. But the tooth that bothered me wasn't the one I let it go, was the one next to. I was still told I let it go.

I came back on Tuesday and the dentist said to have a root canal and crown. I said I have no pain when I eat so I don't think it is the nerve. I asked to see my x ray taken the day before. Instead I was shown more than 1 year old x ray and the dentist talked about my cavitities. I explained the pain is the tooth next to the one that needed a crown according to them. Well, he yelled, yes, YOU NEED TWO ROOT CANALS AND TWO CROWNS. I was like how this is happening if I had no problems one week ago. He continued YELLING AND BELITTING ME THAT HE WAS THE DOCTOR AND i

Very good experience

I had root canal and was scared to death, yet after Dr. Hariri got finished I felt so much better compared to the pain I was feeling from my tooth ache. Weeks later I am feeling better than I have felt in a long time. I hated how the tooth felt in my mouth and wondered how I can live with it for years to come. People in general are sneaky and Dr. Hariri was very honest and fair. Hope this can be of any help to anyone searching for a Dentist.
