        Don't waste your time or money

        I called Advantage Title to get information about their charges to do my refinance as my original title company and broker went out of business. First the receptionist spoke broken English, after telling her why I was calling, she put me on hold and then very quickly gave me a price with some other information. When I asked her what the percentage they would charged for insurance so I could calculate the amount she took in a deep breath and hemed and hawed so I told her to forget it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME......
