Healthcare One Urgent Care & Family Practice

My family and I have been using this clinic since they open about 6 years ago. I was a patient of the owner once when he worked with a big hospital. When we found out that he opened a clinic, now 2 the other being in Tuttle, we followed. We drive 20 minutes to get there and its worth it. My wife had to have knee surgery after failed therapy attempts which we knew is most likely the case. They got as a referral with one of the best knee surgeons in the state. I have a neurological disorder and have had multiple back surgeries. Everyone there has bent over backwards to help me through the process of got me back walking with only a cane. Sometimes referrals may take a little time but I think that's due to the fact that they use really good specialist. That's been my experience anyway.

We love Healthcare One! We have taken our family there several times and never once been disappointed or treated poorly. The docs or pa's always take their time in the rooms with us and answer all of our questions patiently :) Thank you!

Not pleased in the least with these people today. Looks like it's time to find a new doctor's office. Office staff screwed up the "Doctor's note", says he's supposed to return to school today when was told to stay HOME from school today. Now they won't make it right. And just to further complicate my life, they want me to come IN to pick up a new note and refuse to email or fax it to me claiming some nonsense about transmitting medical records. All my other doctors fax and email records to me.

They take your money. They take your money. Bad place to to go to see a doctor or pa. Sorry place to go to waste your money.

Great place and is still open as of May 2015

I have taken my children here several times and it has always been great. The wait times can be long, but that should be expected with such a great place. Ann has seen my kids on multiple occasions and I think she is caring and friendly as can be. Highly recommend

We have been using Healthcare one for two years now! We use them as our primary caregivers! They have been amazing with all 5 of us no matter the problem! Sometimes the wait has been long ESP during the winter months but the care in the room has always been worth it to me! Thank you for being there for us!

The visit was horid it made me feel like a total pice of garbage just because I payed with cash and don't have insurance the doctor did not even look at the problem Which was my back she wanted to talk about other issues besides the one I came in there for.

I have went to Urgent Care several times and everyone is awesome. My wait time has never been a long wait and the people are friendly. I have read other comments here that date back several months ago about Anne. I will say the first time I saw her was not really impressed but I think she has gotten better because I saw her a couple of weeks ago and she was much better. Maybe complaints were seen and she was told to clean up her bedside manner. Actually have an appointment with her today so may print this out just in case there are any problems lol. all in all a very good place to go.

I do not recommend seeing Ann, she is rude and seems to over-prescribe meds. Just thankful the pharmacist caught it. Shannon & Brad are both great, very nice and friendly. I also recommend getting paper script to take the pharmacy, especially if getting meds from WalMart. I waited an hour and half first time bc WalMart kept saying they hadn't received any fax or anything from them. Wasn't sure if it was just the pharmacy or the prescriber, but knew better the next time. So, my next visit I asked for paper script, Ann had to get it and made big deal about me not wanting them to fax it in or whatever. I explained what happened before and how I'd rather just take the script to make sure the pharmacy has it in hand so it wouldn't take as long waiting for it with a cranky baby. As leaving she told me I'd be waiting at the pharmacy an hour and half anyway. Did not appreciate how she talked to me.

Its a good office, Shannon and brad are wonderful, but that Ann lady needs to stop being so rude and condescending. She acts like she is better than others, and treats u like dirt. She needs to realize that not everyone has a way to do what they order when they order it. People like her, make me sick

Absolutely wonderful. Brad is the most caring, understanding physician I have ever had. I went through 4 different doctors who told me nothing was wrong with me, and he figured it out and diagnosed me. The wait times for urgent care are a bit long because the doctors spend 10-15 minutes with each patient to get a good understanding on what it wrong. But for the family practice side of it, I've never waited more than 30 minutes.



The staff is wonderful, they care and they all know my name and always stop to chat if they have a few free minutes. Brad's mother is the office manager which I think is amazing, she is wonderful as well. I'm grateful he opened this practice because I would be so lost without him.



I would recommend if you want a knowledgeable doctor who is going to listen to your issues.

The people there are nice and such but the wait times are horrific. Personally dealt with this, then wife went feeling absolutely horrible. She ended up spending almost two hours in a room after talking with LPN. They weren't slammed with patients either.

Rececption slow not well organized. To keep the confusion down they should either take only by appointment or walking only waited 1hour to be moved to the back to wait again. Granted this is called urgent care not quick care but if it's urgent just go to the er it would have to be faster..

I LOVE this place! My daughter has been here twice and the doctors are absolutely fantastic. She even enjoyed seeing the doctor. We both feel comfortable here and everyone, even the secretaries, are very friendly and nice. Would highly recommend!
