Yellow Cab

I swear to you that I literally called every taxi in the city just so I could get to Walgreens for medicine I REALLY NEEDED BAD! AND EVERY SINGLE 1 OF THEM, WAS ABOUT 2 DRIVE ME TIL I TELL THEM MY ADDRESS! THEN THEY EITHER HANG UP ON ME...OR TELL ME THEY HAVE NO DRIVERS AVAILABLE!!

After roughly 20 of these types... I finally found this guy and he's taking me so thankful

I recently used this company for the first time and my experience was terrible. Twice in one day they went to the wrong address going to where they thought the place was rather than actually looking at the address. the dispatch tried telling me that the hospital i told her to go to was actually at a different address, she was wrong. The first cab practically had a direct route to the destination and instead went around, took the interstate.... the second cab also tried to rack up the fare and the cab was EXTREMELY dirty. Everything felt greasy. Total waste of $30.

Best cab company in El Paso. NEVER an attempt to drive round about and gin up the fare, as I had with Independent Cab company on previous trip. Driver helpful, thoughtful and made leaving my grandchildren behind ALMOST not as sad as it was. I will never ever call any other cab company when in El Paso again. They are very trustworthy and that means the world to me. They have earned my loyalty and boy they were prompt getting there. I did not realize there were two streets in El Paso by the same name.................one being part of Ft Bliss housing, so I did not specify where i was. Boy that driver figured it out quickly, so I had hardly a wait at all and I arrived at the airport 15 minutes later, with plenty of time to spare. Don't waste time and a possible enormous fare from other nefarious companies like Independent Cab who charged me over 30 dollars, he turned the wrong way and even after I said this is not how we get to the airport, kept going in a large loop and drove for almost 35 minutes on a ride that should take less than 15!
