Tier 1 Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine

My father is in his eighties and taking pain medication which makes him sleepy. He was only 15 minutes late for his appointment because the medication made him sleepy and he took a nap. The staff there was very rude. He had plenty of time left to have his pt. They were not even accomodating when he needed to reschedule, Have a little compassion. He is on pain medication. GEEZ
