Thomas Med Assoc staff is abhorrent.

Dr. Pete Natividad's great service was the only reason this company deserves a 1 Star, had it not been for the dreadful service Jeanenne continued to give me this company would have received additional stars.

Jeanenne the Operator should be fired, she doesn't listen proir to being transferred. I continued to tell her that the voicemail box was full and she would not stop tranferring me. The 4th time I spoke with her she and told her that she was refusing to listen to what I was saying she hung up on me. My 5th call, she transferred me to the voicemail box of the Office Manager (I couldn't even get her to answer). My 6th call Jeanenne transfered me to friendly Liz was able to at least send the Dr.'s assistant an e-mail.

Now I get to wait for someone to read the e-mail, if it's like their voicemail system... I'll be waiting for days.
