        My husband was in the Rehab to...

        My husband was in the Rehab to Home program for about 5 weeks. Nursing staff was great, OT was great. Some attitude & confidentiality issues with PT. The weakest link in the service delivery was the social services and discharge planning. The social worker was not well informed about New Mexico services and was not helpful in providing the information needed to make good informed choices about support services at home in a proactive manner. He was rude at times, and obviously had not read my husband's chart in terms of diagnosis and prognosis. The menu for the facility looked great, but my husband didn't find the food appetizing. Setting is pretty, no odors and most of the staff were delightful to work with.
