Superior patient care for my special needs son from "ALL" staff. Claudia is awesome setting up hospital dental procedures which is a process. She went above and beyond getting everything done before my son's procedure. And then she went through the whole process again the next month. Best Dentists that know how to treat my son's dental issues. It's the best place for all kids.

Any trouble regarding oral hygiene, and Dental Ark is the first choice. We have always visited their clinic anytime, and have never returned disheartened. Each every staff is incredible with whatever they do.

The entire staff of Dental Ark is incredible. The environment is friendly and I've never found any negligence in any treatment.

Mariza the dental hygienist was just great! Patient and kind when my little one was nervous and so helpful when the check up came. Dr. Calderon was so helpful and caring to my daughter. Even though I'm nervous about her procedure coming up everyone was reassuring of their kindness.

My daughter was referred to this dental clinic for work that our primary dentist could not do. So far it has been a great experience. He staff was excellent and the doctor explained everything.

We feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful office with friendly staff who are not part of a chain. It means a lot to us to build a relationship with a doctor/office that my kids can grow up knowing. Very clean and professional.

After 3 years I decided that the last 2 visits were horrible service with the front desk lady and some of the dental assistance. They don't have patience for children with their rude remarks. My 3 yr old child is not the type to run around all crazy. My son sits quietly in the waiting area but is very afraid of the dentist. He asked for a sticker after their horrible service and they didn't give him one or a silly toy. That's ok. We will not waste our insurance or time with these people. Don't take your kids here especially if you have an only child they love to rub that in your face because you give your child extra love and care. As a school teacher I have patience for children and my husband is a contractor knows how to be professional with people. I guess we had high hopes with Dental Ark but they don't meet our standards.

Bad experience with my children there. My children went there for almost 2 years. My stories are very long to tell but all my children have told me of the bad that happened to them. My youngest ,4 yr old,is traumatized after they said they had to hold him down for 2 hours and i wasn't even allowed to comfort him or see him. He would just cry in the ride home saying they hurt him and was mean. I really wish i could tell you all the bad experience but not enough space here. I removed them and ran to another dentist. Very happy I did. My kids are even happy.

My daughter was a little nervous about the dentists appointment, as any child would be. She said everyone was very nice and kind. I was happy to hear she was treated with kindness and that the staff is compassionate with her nervousness.

We wouldnt want to take our son anywhere else, they always treat us with much respect and friendliness.

We waited less than 15 minutes from the time we walked in the door to be seen. They moved my daughter through the process quickly and efficiently. The staff is very polite. I do recommend The Dental Ark to my friends and family. I would rate them a 9 on a scale from one to ten. But I can't think of any areas off the top of my head where improvement is needed.

Great customer service and friendly staff.

We waited less than half an hour to be seen, not bad considering they were pretty busy. The staff was very nice and polite. We went for just a cleaning and checkup. Overall I would say it's a great clinic.

They got us in quickly, very friendly staff. My son had a cleaning and checkup, very smooth organized and quickly done. They're great, excellent service. I send my friends there!
