I can say that without Southwest Staffing I would be lost! Their professionalism is beyond exceptional, they fill my orders within 1 hour of request, & most importantly they send us qualified candidates who almost 98% of the time become hired permanently. What I like most about Southwest is the fact that they can be reached 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Recruitment Specialist come out to the worksites every week to check on employees. Because of their services, employees are very loyal to Southwest Staffing and I have to say that as a Customer I too, would not use other temp services. I rate this agency a 5+.

Having worked at many different staffing agencies - DM, Kelly, Select, RMP etc. I finally found a Staffing Agency who recognized my skills and talents. The staff not only treats their employees with respect but they are also very friendly and understanding. I have dealt with both offices West and East and the communication between the two offices is exceptional. They are professional and are TRULY here for their employees. I love that they are a 24 hour service! I highly recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for find a job, don't waste your time going to the other staffing agencies!!!

What a bunch of idiots! They act like typical arbitrary El Pasoans. The westside staff is completely unhelpful, and the Eastside staff is just a useless. You'd have petter luck trying to reason with a brick wall. They pay their employees with Chase payroll card, which is extremely inconvenient. Getting them to do direct deposit is like pulling teeth, or nearly impossible. They do not check credential when hiring, especially for skilled positions, so watch your back if you don't know the person your working with at the job site. This is extremely dangerous. Some of the forklift drivers they hire are very dangerous on the job, even with DUI's. I know because one of the other drivers I work with told me directly. This staffing agency is going to get someone killed.
