Southwest Key Programs is a nonprofit organization that has been in business since 1987. The organization has a staff of more than 1,000 employees. It specializes in offering community development and youth and family services throughout Texas, Arizona, California, Georgia, New York, Louisiana and Wisconsin. Southwest Key Programs operates over 50 programs. The organization s Unaccompanied Minor Program is one of the largest providers of shelter services to unaccompanied minors in the United States. It offers independent living solutions and serves the needs of nearly 5,000 youths daily. Southwest Key Programs list of social enterprises includes Southwest Key Enterprises, Southwest Key Caf del Sol, Southwest Key Maintenance and Southwest Key Properties. In addition, its list of partners includes the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health, Travis County Housing Financing Corporation and Topfer Family Foundation.
