most pathetic excuse for customer service. I needed 10 uniforms 5 for moms house 5 for my house. they had in stock 4 lg shirts. when asked if I can order they said they do not have the ones on the rack available to order we can order youth sizes. My child is in juniors Middle school!!!!! and it would take a week they said every school has two vendors I asked which ones so I can at least get her something to wear the first week of school. Could not tell me. Understanding that its a business I live walking distance from this store its a convenience for me to shop there and I will go out of my way to never shop there ever.

My child's school had a order for on of the band classes placed through the school which had a deadline if you would want to save the trip to the store and not have to pay the taxes. If you were to miss the deadline then you would need to go to the store and purchase the shirt yourself. I am a very busy person and missed the deadline by a week so I went to the store and got the shirt from the labeled rack for the class and took it to the counter to order and pay and I was told that I couldn't have the shirt or place the order because I missed the deadline. The lady stated "I can not do this order you missed the deadline it says right there on the paper". Now I know how to read and understand I missed the deadline but I thought this was a business and I had a purchase to make. This business seems to want to pick and choose who they sell to. I highly do not recommend this business the staff is very rude and unwilling to sell to certain people.

HORRIBLE!!! Do not order from this company but unfortunately this company only works with the districts that our kids belong to. Twice I have ordered shirts for my kids and they always get the wrong size saying when new come to stock I can exchange them. I pay for a shirt I want and get a bigger size. Really? I am tired of ignorant people. Who runs this company anyway? To the owner, oversee your staff and start getting things together. Something has to change. Because this will be the last time I ever get anything from this place. Any recommendations....go somewhere else...please save your time and money.
