But I cannot say the same about the Hall Rio Ballroom! They are thieves and they hate it that I called them out on it. I paid $6,800.00 for that hall. It came with everything from food, unlimited soda, 2 kegs of beer champagne and music. I didn't know they were shady until after the fact that I paid the Hall off. When I made the contract they were to give me 150 reception plates. Because that was the promo at the time. They gave me 100 so I still had to pay for extra food from caters that came out of my pocket. Plus he took all the plates, spoons and forks that i bought and said that someone else took them and he also took a huge metal pot from the caters that i brought in and also claims soneone walked out with it. So now the catering company wants to charge me 150.00 for replacing their metal pot. The music at the Hall from the DJ they claim he's the best in town! He sucks I heard his music at other Quinces I attended at the hall. And it was bad no rhythm I'd rather hear a local radio station if that's the case. So that's why I brought in my own awesome DJ had also a Live Band! Thats the only reason why the music at my daugthers quince was a success and kept everyone on their feet!!! And then I had heard that they like to skimp out on the barrels of beer. They use the leftover keg from the night before and one new one so the beer taste old and is all foamy. So before I had them open my kegs I had my uncle who worked at budwiser check them. And yup I was right one barrel was new and one was half ways. My uncle told him that barrel was half ways and he claimed that's how he bought it from the place. My uncle demanded he go back and change it. So he did, then he gets back and tells me to go check the barrels again so I call my uncle again. Yes now I had my 2 new barrels. So I didn't start serving beer until 9pm. By 945pm he came and said that the first barrel was done and that the second barrel was almost half ways! Really??? Their crew where rude to our guest.

We had my granddaughters quinceanera there the personnel socks they are very rude and very unprofessional. They are thrives, the restrooms are dirty, no toilet paper in the stalls. The hand soap dispenser was out of soap. Our reception started at 6-8 we didn't serve beer until 9: pm the dance started at 9: pm By 9:30 they claimed the first barrel was finished and the 2nd barrel was almost finished. They wanted to serve beer from the barrel that was half gone, the good think my brother and nephew checked the 1st barrel. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HALL FOR ANY EVENT!!!!!!!!

I had a bad experience, they have minors serving alcohol and the owner is the DJ and leaves the radio unattended to go to the back of the hall and attend to his friends. I opened the back door and there was about 50 of his friends drinking from our beer. I paid a good sum of money to have this pulled.
