My nightmare story with Reliable Plumbing is too long to bore you with here. But be assured, not all the alleged plumbers working at Reliable Plumbing know that water flows downhill.



And my sympathies if you ever have to deal with the owner. Rude, discourteous, and very unprofessional.



If you make an appliance purchase from Lowes, and you see the Reliable Plumbing truck pull up, lock your doors and try to have Lowes send another installation company. If that is not successful, make sure you WITNESS everything being done on the installation checklist.



"Licensed and Bonded" does not necessarily mean he knows his craft.

Happy first time, very unhappy second time. Broke my toilet and would not take responsibility for it. Will not use them again, even though their employees are great. They cannot overrule what their Manager says. Goodbye Reliable Plumbing, You broke my faith in small businesses.

Called at 4 pm for broken and leaking water heater an within 19 hrs had a new one. That is almost unheard off in El Paso. They kept me informed on arrival times and worked efficiently. I will use again.

I called this business around 8 AM on Friday to replace an ancient water intake valve in our guest bath. We had turned off the water the night before and needed help ASAP. The person on the phone stated they had six customers scheduled and would call me after 1 PM when they were on their way. Great!

To my surprise they called me back at 10:30 and were on their way. This wasn't an easy job since it involved melting solder to remove the old valve to replace it. They were done with the entire job within thirty minutes and our Leak gone.

Very pleasant and helpful guys! I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

I am very, very, disappointed. They basically dropped the ball regarding their work and left us with unfinished work. They were very unprofessional and the owner Raymond/Ramon was very rude and took no responsibility for the work are lack of work that was done by his employee. Buyer beware. If you want quality, reliable services DO NOT use reliable plumbing. We will be reporting them to the BBB. DON'T USE THEM if you want good, professional work.

Our water heater has been malfunctioning for about a year. They come and replace parts, but nothing fixes it. The workers lie to their owner about the work that was done to it.

Never answered my email even after I called. How reliable is that?

came out friday afternoon to find leak under ground, did a great job of locating the leak and said since it wasnt an emergency and it was going to go into o/t they would come back wednesday am first thing. well its wednesday nobody showed, i called and left a message , an hour later the boss calls and said he sent his guys on an emergency they would be over soon. its almost 230 pm , no show no call , not my idea of reliable, was a contractor for 28 yrs , key is if you cant show up at least stay in contact!!!!

they came back today on a rescheduled appointment apparently the boss got sick , he said they would be here today between 830-9 its 845 and for my inconvenience he would give a 10 % discount. so with them showing up on time i have to change my rating to a 5

They are prompt, fast and reasonably priced. They actually did call when they were on the way, about 30 minutes before their arrival, so I didn't have to stay at home all morning or afternoon waiting for them. They explained what they had to do and why. My uncle and sister recommended them to me and I will definitely continue to recommend them to other family and friends.

This company is wonderful. We have used them for years and our house was a plumbing nightmare. They have been to our house countless times and they always come when they say they will and their prices are more than fair. We have had plumbing issues as small as replacing the pump on our air conditioner all the way up to having to have both of our bathrooms gutted and replaced. I can't say enough about these guys. We currently are still using them to fix things on our home in El Paso and we live in another state. I trust them to do great work even if I'm not there to inspect it.

I can assure you that this company lives up to the name, "Reliable." There are businesses that come and do a quick job and show no concern for the homeowner. The Reliable team is not only expert at what they do but they are kind, compassionate and respectful. During the freezing winter a couple of years back, this company was the only one of many that cared that I had a child in the home and that w/o a fix, my flooded home would continue to cause us to stay in a hotel, disrupt my son's day-to-day routine, and result in added expense. The home was freezing and I was concerned more damage could result. I contacted reliable and informed them of the situation and noted I had a small child --without hesitation they said they would come immediately --they kept their promise. I have never seen such a response. The problem was identified by an obviously very talented and experienced plumber named David. Within the half hour, all was well. I was so very appreciative and couldn't believe the amazing service. I have had to seek plumbing help since and have, likewise, found Reliable ready to service. This company is exemplary. I am so very grateful for having met the team. The lady who takes care of orders is so very kind, understanding, and helpful as well. Clearly, customer service is a priority. Reliable is unlike any company I have worked with --they stand out as champions in my book. Thank you so very much Reliable!

Had a water heater installed by this company, and I am very pleased with the service. They were on time, and kept us informed. Servicemen were very polite and professional.
